Sunset Homes, Flat 23 - Houses

Getting it

Stand at the door of a free house and say !buyhouse. Level 20, premium account; the price is the house's rent, paid from pocket and bank.

Keeping it

The rent (860 gold every two weeks) is charged from your depot in the house's town at each server save. If it runs unpaid, the house returns to the realm and everything inside is sent to your depot.

Leaving it

Say !leavehouse inside your house. Everything left inside is sent to your depot — the move is permanent.
