How housing works. Stand at the door of a free house and say
!buyhouse —
you need level 20 and a premium account; the price is the house's rent, paid from your pocket and bank.
The rent (charged every two weeks) comes off your depot in the house's town at each server save. If it runs unpaid the house returns to the realm and whatever is inside is sent to your depot.
